Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or utilizing the enterprise automation infrastructure provided by Imperavo AI Systems International (operated by 777 GROUP BV), you contractually agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all autonomous agent executions, sandbox environments, and production deployments.

Infrastructure Usage & API Execution: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy Imperavo Core autonomous agents within their designated operational boundaries. High-tier operations under the Pro Tier are entitled to unlimited execution runs, subject to fair-use infrastructure engineering parameters to prevent network exploitation.

Service Availability & As-Is Delivery: Imperavo’s autonomous conversational software is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While optimized for maximum conversational consistency, Imperavo gives no warranties regarding uninterrupted or entirely error-free operations under all deployment environments.

Limitation of Liability for Generative Outputs: Imperavo acts strictly as an infrastructure provider. The client assumes sole responsibility for all pre-configured scripts, database integrations, and automated outputs. Imperavo explicitly disclaims any liability for financial commitments, verbal agreements, or operational outcomes generated during live autonomous voice conversations.

Indemnification & Damage Caps: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Imperavo and 777 GROUP BV harmless against any third-party claims arising from generative telephony deployment. Total aggregate liability for any operational or server disruption is strictly capped at the total fees paid by the client to Imperavo during the immediate three (3) months preceding the claim.
