At Imperavo AI, we operate under a strict, contractually backed Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We recognize that enterprise communication requires absolute data sovereignty, ironclad discretion, and uncompromising security. This policy outlines how our platform processes data without compromising your corporate intellectual property.

Imperavo AI acts strictly as a Data Processor under European data protection frameworks. All proprietary enterprise data, voice streams, or software code executed through our autonomous workflow channels remain the exclusive intellectual property and under the sole ownership of the Client (Data Controller). Imperavo AI claims no rights, ownership, or permanent access to any data routed through our ecosystem.

Our core engine is engineered to eliminate the persistent storage of operational data. All inbound and outbound conversational inputs, document scans, and omnichannel tickets are held temporarily within volatile memory (RAM) solely for real-time execution. All operational data and session logs are permanently purged from transient memory within 10 seconds post-execution. To protect corporate trade secrets, customer telemetry and dialogue data processed by Imperavo AI are strictly isolated and never utilized to train, fine-tune, or optimize public or shared Large Language Models (LLMs).

We isolate your operations by deploying exclusively within world-class, highly secure cloud architecture. All processing occurs within isolated, single-tenant cloud enclaves managed through our advanced infrastructure partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Data in transit between the Client’s corporate environment and the Imperavo Core Engine is strictly encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols. Any temporary system cache utilized during high-volume processing utilizes Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) at the infrastructure level.

Imperavo AI is architected from the ground up for strict alignment with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG) and the upcoming mandates of the EU AI Act (2026 Framework). Because our architecture completely eliminates the long-term persistence of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), we provide our enterprise clients with out-of-the-box compliance and absolute peace of mind regarding data exposure risks.
