Privacy Policy & Data Sovereignty Protocol

Zero-Retention Framework: Imperavo AI operates on a strict, contractually backed Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We do not retain, cache, or permanently store any proprietary enterprise data or code executed through our autonomous workflow channels. All operational inputs are held temporarily in volatile memory (RAM) and are permanently purged within 10 seconds post-execution.

Data Transit and Isolation: All data transferred between your corporate environment and the Imperavo Core Engine is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 protocols. Workflows are isolated inside dedicated Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) to ensure complete digital perimeter control.

Continuous Compliance: Imperavo AI Systems International B.V. fully complies with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG) standards. Since our architecture completely eliminates the persistence of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), no data usage for public AI training models is architecturally possible.
